A Continuous Spell that increases the hand limit of each player from 6 to 3.
The number limit comes into effect during the end phase, so until then it doesn't matter how many cards you have.
In modern Yu-Gi-Oh, if you have 3 cards in your hand (of course it depends on the content), you can do most things.
Therefore, the binding force will be weak.
Even if you have 0 cards in your hand, it's fine as long as the board is complete.
It may shine if there is an ideal type of passing the turn with a lot of cards in hand.
This is because you can complete the board with a handful of cards.

Tight, too tight. If you make such a demerit for each other, both of you should think "Wow ..." later.

There is no binding force with a hand limit of 3 cards
It's much better to use handicap cards

There are 2 fewer copies than Enervating Mist and it feels a little better, but it's still a delicate card anyway. I can prevent the completion of "Exodia", but... Unlike 《Enervating Mist》, you need to be a little careful about the restrictions that are imposed on you.

There is a trap card called Enervating Mist with a similar effect, but the difference between it and regret is
(1) Since it is a spell, it can be activated quickly.
②、The hand limit also extends to yourself (《Enervating Mist》is for your opponent only)
③、Hand limit is 3 cards (《Enervating Mist》is 5 cards)
These are the three points. At first glance, Mourning seems to be superior, but since there is time between activation and the opponent's end phase, it is easy to adjust the hand. Therefore, 《Enervating Mist》would be better if you use it for handicap purposes.
However, since recent Yu-Gi-Oh's speeds up search and draw, many of his decks say that the 3-card limit is surprisingly tight. Whether or not you can skillfully use this card without being broken by your opponent will be a showcase of your skill as a duelist.

A card that limits the number of cards in your hand to 3. The impact on your opponent isn't that great, so
It's good to combo with some kind of card
for example
・If it is 《Dark World Grimoire》, it will be easier to Special Summon.
・ Use it as a card to force the opponent to set
It's not a powerful card, but it's an interesting card.

It doesn't seem like he's going to do anything but Exodia countermeasures, but since he's got more decks to earn explosive ads, it might be unexpectedly annoying if he's given out.

Despite being a spell card, the effect is slow to reach the opponent
The effect cannot be demonstrated unless it becomes the opponent's end through your own end
Opponents won't bother to remove him either.
Was it not a trap card on purpose so as not to be completely upward compatible?

It sounds powerful to say that you can only have 3 cards in your hand, but once you set Spell/Trap it's fine. Your opponent chooses which cards to throw away, so it's hard to work to your advantage. It's not that you can't use it at all, but what is it because you used it? It's sad to be.

Enervating Mist》which became a Continuous Spell and had a stronger effect.
I wonder if you're trying to get the opponent who's taking an explosive ad and hollering with this.
However, unlike 《Enervating Mist》, this one can be seen, so it is pointless if the set escapes.
Also, with his powerful deck, you can move quite a bit even with 3 cards in your hand, so it's doubtful that it's that strong as a tie. Hmm, I'm sorry...

I think it's more effective than 《Enervating Mist》, but in the end, it can only be used against Exo, as it only interferes with your hand adjustment in the end phase and you can have 3 copies.
With Continuous Trap, I was able to surprise the opponent who declared the end with 5 or 6 copies, but it hurts that he can adjust in advance with Continuous Spell.

"It's not infinite, it's regrettable."
A card that indirectly causes handicap after repeated searches...? However, since this card is permanent, it is easy to deal with. Uh hmm.
"I won't allow you to preserve your hand, but you can't even use a single card for that." It's much better than 《Enervating Mist》, but...
